Four newly qualified Assistant Instructors - September 2020

Four New RYA Assistant Instructors   

We are absolutely delighted that 4 club members have passed out as RYA assistant Instructors. They are Jenny along with three cadets, Hannah, Ethan and Alfie, who all have been working hard with Helen and Ted to learn the skills and techniques needed to assist with teaching RYA courses up to level 2. It’s clear both the trainers and trainees have had loads of fun, with some long days on the water and in the classroom as the pupils have honed their sailing techniques, teaching skills, knowledge of club procedures, sailing theory and safety awareness.

The certificates were funded courtesy of the Smallridge Family Fund and 'AI' Polo Shirts will be provided courtesy of the Alex Holliday Trust. 

Well done to everyone invovled and we can't wait to see them honing thier skills with new trainees
