Toppertastic at ITCA Topper Coastal Championships (NS4)

The ITCA Topper Coastal Championships (NS4), hosted between Tankerton Bay Sailing Club and Whitstable Yacht Club on 20th and 21st May 2023, was a roaring success. 

After nearly two years in the planning, both sailing clubs finally welcomed over 100 young sailors to take part in two days of racing on the North Kent Coast. This was the first time an ITCA sailing event had been to our shores and it was an amazing sight. Over 50 volunteers from our members were involved in delivering a 3-day programme of activities from welcoming our guests from Friday evening to making sure they left safely on Sunday evening.
